A full-day journey into the silence of the Arctic wilderness, ending with the warmth of a traditional wilderness sauna.
Your journey begins by travelling into the Arctic wilderness, where vast forests, frozen lakes and open landscapes invite you to slow down and experience Lapland far beyond the ordinary.
Moving with snow glide shoes, you will travel through pristine winter scenery, exploring areas rarely visited by others. This is not a race through the wilderness but a peaceful journey where there is time to observe the landscape, discover animal tracks and learn how nature has shaped life in the North for generations.
Throughout the day, your local guide shares stories about the wilderness, its wildlife and the traditions of living in harmony with the Arctic environment. Every journey is slightly different, as nature itself determines what it wishes to reveal.
During the excursion, we stop to build a campfire in the snow and prepare a traditional outdoor lunch in the midlle of the wilderness.

Hidden deep in nature, the sauna offers a moment to slow down after a full day outdoors. The gentle warmth, the scent of wood and the quiet wilderness create an atmosphere that reflects the essence of Finnish sauna culture. There are no distractions—only the comforting heat, the surrounding nature and the stillness that makes this place so special.
While the sauna warms both body and mind, enjoy traditional Finnish sausage grilled in the sauna, a simple yet beloved part of Finnish outdoor life. It is the perfect ending to a day spent immersed in the wilderness before beginning the journey back.
